How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Maintenance depends on the material. For most synthetic rugs, regular vacuuming and immediate spot cleaning with a damp cloth are sufficient. For wool or shaggy rugs, we recommend professional cleaning for deep stains.
Will my rug look exactly like the picture on the website?
We strive for color accuracy; however, due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home, slight variations in color may occur.
What should I do if my rug arrives with creases?
It is normal for rugs to have slight creases after being rolled for shipping. Simply lay the rug flat for 24-48 hours, or roll it tightly in the opposite direction to help it settle.
