At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Rug

  Ensure the rug is rolled tightly and securely wrapped in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Choose your preferred return method through our carrier partners, either by scheduling a home collection or dropping the parcel at a local designated point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
